Terms of Service

* We only accept Paypal. Please do not email us to ask for other payment options.

* We will send invoice to your email. Please follow the instruction to complete transaction.

* Please do not bid if you do not intend to buy or not comfortable with the shipping terms - this is a binding contract.

* We cannot ship your item until your payment has been received.

* Items will be despatched once the payment clears.

* eCheque will be held until cleared

* If you have any payment queries, please contact us first before you bid on - our items. None payment will be reported to ecrater staff, who may then take action against - you, and this may lead to the suspension of your account.

* We reserve the right to deny payment from unverified PayPal Accounts or suspicious activity.

* Ship to worldwide. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse directly.

* We use USPS First Class Mail Service (NO EXPRESS DELIVERY)

* Handling time is 3-5 business days after payment received.

* Shipping time is takes about 15 - 21 business days for delivery (Monday to Friday).

* Items will be well packaged. If you have not received your package after the estimated number of days, please inform us and we will immediately act on it.

* Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time due to unforeseen delays. Late deliveries are always possibility, however we will try our best to ensure all deliveries will arrive on time

* For Holiday Period (eg: Christmas and etc), shipping will take more longer time to reach. Please be patient when awaiting shipment.

* Tracking Number will be given after your item shipped

* Please be honest.

* Customer satisfaction is my priority.

* If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item your purchase (damaged, or - not as described) from us, we will be more than happy to exchange the product or refund the purchase price, (Minus Shipment Fee). Refunds and exchanges are only issued during the 30 days. Following your purchase date.

* All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the exact condition as sent.

* We may ask you to give us proof of evidence, such as Photo of the item that is not as described or damage.

* Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is not refundable.

* When returning we recommend using a recorded/insured service as we can not be held responsible if a returned item is lost in the mail.

* Before returning please contact us with the reason for return.

* Returns are accepted at our discretion.
